Many of them like to know about the institution and to be partners, collaborators and well wishers of this Institution. It belongs to Diocese of Bettiah and comes under Bettiah Parish Society. St. Thomas English Medium Mission School is the dream of our beloved Bishop Peter Sebastian Goveas, Bishop of Bettiah and the President of the institution. Under his patronage we have begun this school. It is also ‘felt need’ of so many. Many have been requesting us to start English medium school to meet the growing educational needs of the area. St. Thomas School aims at the holistic and integrated development of every student in all the dimensions of growth.
Our mission is Education of quality and relevance to all, and in particular to the marginalized section of society. We lead students into sacred space of the human person and making them aware of their inalienable sacredness, dignity, character and human rights. We try to promote education that humanizes and contextualizes by assisting them to raise essential questions concerning meaning of life, enable them to consciously contribute for common good. Thus, they take up the task of national building to evolve a new inclusive Indian society which they can own with pride and joy.
